4. Limitation of Liability
RAG Signal provides services on a best-efforts basis. AI model behavior is outside our direct control. We do not guarantee specific citation outcomes beyond the performance-linked terms defined in individual service agreements.
5. Third-Party References
Third-party product names (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. RAG Signal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
