Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RAG Signal website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

RAG Signal provides AI visibility engineering services, including:

  • Free AI Visibility Audits (delivered as PDF reports)
  • 90-Day Visibility Sprints
  • AI Presence Retainers
  • Platform access for monitoring and reporting

2. Free Audit Terms

Our free AI Visibility Audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit includes a baseline citation check across 4 LLMs, a competitor citation map, and an actionable citation gap report. The audit is delivered as a PDF report within 5 business days of receiving complete and accurate brand information.

3. 90-Day Visibility Sprint

The Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement with the following terms:

  • Fees: €599 upfront + €1,099 success fee, payable only if agreed citation targets are met.
  • Success Fee Waiver: If the agreed citation targets are not met within the 90-day period, the €1,099 success fee is waived. The €599 upfront fee remains non-refundable as it covers the work performed.
  • Citation Targets: Agreed upon in writing between both parties before the Sprint begins, based on the brand's category, competitive landscape, and prompt map.
  • Duration: 90 days from the start date specified in the engagement agreement.

4. AI Presence Retainer

The Retainer is an ongoing service with the following terms:

  • Fee: €599/month, billed monthly.
  • Commitment: Minimum 6-month commitment.
  • Cancellation: After the initial 6-month period, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
  • Scope: Continuous Brand Memory reinforcement, model update monitoring, prompt expansion, competitive citation tracking, and monthly Citation Delta reporting.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are in Euros (€). Payment is due via bank transfer (SEPA/IBAN), credit card (Stripe), or PayPal. Invoicing terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

RAG Signal retains ownership of its proprietary technology, methodology, algorithms, and platform. Deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (Brand Memory construction, prompt maps, Citation Delta Reports) are owned by you upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. RAG Signal will not disclose your citation data, prompt maps, or Brand Memory constructs to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

RAG Signal provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes beyond the agreed citation metrics. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Submit false or misleading information through forms

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the specific terms above. RAG Signal reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
